Father is outside the question.
The question is
inside. Our aversion to death is the permanent
locking in Place. How we yearn to be Other, not anchored to the definiteness of Place. Going from the overwhelming definiteness of
Place, we create the infinite, the aether that unites
us.
We prefer to live indefinitely, striving
for an inexistent. Excuse me, that can’t
be right. I speak as if we have a
choice. We instinctively live indefinitely. But, really, what is the indefinite?
